    The change in the market place sees the buyer as slightly advantaged in the amount of inventory to choose from and in the transaction as well. Because we are an "amenity" market, we are still experiencing high demand for properties that have investment qualities, i.e. creeks, rivers, unique settings, etc. The days on the market has increased due to slowing sales in feeder markets throughout the country. Our appreciation remains strong. In short, we have more time between showings and sellers seem more motivated. We priced properties are still selling and unrealistic prices are being adjusted. Buyers deserve the opportunities that are being presented. Come see the BItteroot Valley soon. We have some of the best properties and the best prices in the Rocky Mountain west.
